Code of Conduct
Humanity and Health Foundation (HHF) is committed to ethical conduct, respectful engagement, and accountable service. This Code of Conduct applies to members, volunteers, staff, advisors, and partners representing HHF.
Our Standards
All individuals engaging with HHF are expected to:
- Treat all individuals and communities with dignity and respect
- Act ethically and responsibly in alignment with HHF’s mission and values
- Communicate respectfully and constructively
- Avoid conflicts of interest or misuse of position
- Comply with applicable HHF policies and guidelines
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are not tolerated:
- Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or retaliation
- Exploitation, abuse of authority, or inappropriate relationships
- Misuse of confidential information, data, images, or organizational resources
- Any conduct that undermines the safety, trust, or reputation of HHF
Safeguarding, Privacy & Confidentiality
HHF is committed to safe, inclusive, and respectful environments. Individuals representing HHF must
uphold safeguarding principles, respect confidentiality, and handle personal or sensitive information responsibly.
