Board members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, legal governance, and financial management policies and ensuring the nonprofit has adequate resources to advance its mission.
Meeting Attendance
The day and time were scheduled to accommodate those in Nigeria. Hence, please make all necessary arrangements for attendance.
Resolve all technical issues as such will not be entertained during this Board meeting.
As a courtesy, please let me know your intention if you cannot attend.

Due to time constraints, Committee reports are usually unread in meetings. Information will be included in the board packet and reviewed in advance; therefore, you are advised to submit all programs/ regional reports at least two weeks before the scheduled day of the meeting.
