Rebecca Ajibola, B.Ed, BSN, MPH
Executive Director & Founder
Rebecca Ajibola is the Executive Director and Founder of Humanity and Health Foundation, providing strategic leadership and oversight for the organization’s mission to advance health, sustainability, and community well-being. She brings a multidisciplinary background spanning education, nursing, and public health, with experience across community health,
mental wellness, program development, and capacity building.
In her role, Rebecca leads organizational strategy, partnerships, and program alignment, ensuring that HHF’s initiatives are community-centered, ethically governed, and learning-informed. She works closely with the Board of Directors to guide long-term planning, accountability, and responsible stewardship of resources.
Kate Bonomi
People & Culture / HR Lead
Kate Bonomi serves as the People & Culture Lead for Humanity and Health Foundation, supporting the organization’s commitment to ethical engagement, safeguarding, and responsible people management practices.
In this role, Kate supports volunteer and member engagement processes, onboarding frameworks, and people-centered policies that align with HHF’s values and governance standards. This work supports a respectful, inclusive environment where contributors are well-supported, and roles are clearly defined.
Abel Bolorunduro
Development Manager
Abel Bolorunduro supports fundraising and resource development efforts by strengthening relationships with donors and sponsors and identifying new opportunities aligned with HHF’s mission.
Success Ikupolati
Operations Manager
Success Ikupolati supports operational planning and the implementation of programs aligned with HHF’s mission and strategic priorities.
Success focuses on operations and works collaboratively with community partners and stakeholders to advance responsible, well-managed initiatives.
Felicia Coker
Assistant Development Manager (USA – Georgia)
Felicia Coker supports donor engagement and fundraising coordination, including donor communication and grant support activities aligned with HHF’s programs and strategic direction.

Kenny Shadracks
Board Chair
Kenny Shadracks serves as Board Chair of Humanity and Health Foundation, providing leadership in governance, strategic oversight, and board effectiveness. In this role, he works with fellow board members and executive leadership to guide organizational direction and ensure alignment with HHF’s mission and values.
He supports a culture of ethical decision-making, transparency, and responsible growth, strengthening HHF’s readiness for long-term partnerships and impact.
Mede Sabbath
Vice Chair
Mede Sabbath serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, supporting board leadership and continuity in governance oversight.
She contributes to strategic discussions and board coordination, strengthening institutional alignment and accountability.
Mede is committed to collaborative leadership and supports HHF’s emphasis on learning, partnership, and responsible implementation.
Mike Olotu
Treasurer
Mike Olotu serves as Treasurer of Humanity and Health Foundation, overseeing financial governance and supporting responsible fiscal management.
He provides board-level oversight of budgeting, financial controls, and reporting processes.
His work supports transparency, compliance, and sound stewardship of resources in alignment with nonprofit best practices and donor expectations.
Afolabi Osofisan
Secretary
Afolabi Osofisan serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors, supporting governance through record-keeping, documentation of board actions,
and organizational compliance with governance requirements.
He contributes to clear documentation and effective board operations that strengthen accountability and continuity in decision-making.
